Billy Jigsaw Russo. Drug lord, kingpin status, hard-gunning, two timing son of a gun. You do not want to mess with this guy. Oh and best believe his force is fully adopted by cartel standards. He might take your lady out for a drink at Shenanigan's Bar or better yet he'll probably just pull up on Grove St and smack ya mama.
